Brilliant location, friendly hotel, cheerful stuff. The staff did all they can for the best stay. I loved that the twin room was light and light. Plenty of food at English breakfast. Good views and lovely garden.

Well, the bathroom was quite small and Wi-Fi connection was slow.

Enjoyable base for exploring Modena. The reception was warm and neat. Our room had a big bed and an EXCEPTIONAL view. Pool was great and there was an excellent restaurant on site. There were strong internet and secure parking available.

damedeo served dishes within 400 feet off the hotel. we liked principe. even the guglielmo marconi airport was not so far.
